Assisted Living Services & Memory Care in an Actual Home

If you're looking for care for your mom or dad, you've probably toured places that felt more like buildings than homes. Premier Senior Living and Memory Care is different on purpose. Our two small homes in Carterville and Marion, Illinois, offer assisted living services and memory care where every resident is known by name, meals are cooked in our own kitchen, and the front porch is always open. Come see the difference a home can make.

Personalized  Care

No one-size-fits-all here. We take the time to know your loved one, then build a care plan around their needs, their history, and their preferences, and we adjust it as life changes.

Home-Like Comfort

Our homes are actual houses in the southern Illinois countryside, minutes from town. The kitchen smells like cookies, the common rooms have pianos and fish tanks, and the porch has sweet tea.

Dedicated Care Team

Our caregivers do whatever it takes for resident wellbeing and happiness. In homes this size, they don't just provide care. They notice everything, and they genuinely care.

Where Smaller Really Is Better

Premier Senior Living and Memory Care provides assisted living services and memory care in two small residential homes: a 7-room home in Carterville, set in the heart of a 43-acre nature sanctuary, and a newly opened 16-room home in Marion. In homes this size, our caregivers know how your mother takes her coffee and which hymn she hums while she works a puzzle. That's not a program. That's what happens naturally when care happens in a real home.

We were founded by Jason Churchill, a physician assistant who spent 15 years caring for residents inside senior communities across the region and decided families here deserved better. Our standard is simple: we care for every resident the way we'd want our own parents cared for. We're a private pay community; we don't accept Medicare or Medicaid, and we believe in being upfront about that from the start.

The Premier Difference at a Glance

  • Family visits encouraged and welcomed
  • Founded by physician assistant Jason Churchill, with 15 years of senior care experience
  • Individualized care plans built around each resident
  • Caregivers trained in dementia care and individualized resident support
  • Care plans reviewed and adapted as resident needs change
  • Assisted living and memory care in two small homes: 7 rooms in Carterville, 16 in Marion

Behind the warm atmosphere is professional care oversight. Medication support is handled carefully and coordinated with each resident's physicians, care plans are reviewed and updated as needs change, and our trained caregivers are close enough, every day, to recognize small health changes early, when they're easiest to address. The cookies are real. So is the clinical attention behind them.

About OUr Home

See Our Joy

Words only go so far. These are our residents: gardening at the hydroponic towers, singing along with live music, getting their nails done on spa day, and sitting down together to a home-cooked meal. Every photo is shared with permission, because respect doesn't stop at the front door.
